Ginger has lots of health benefits and Ginger Fizz Cocktail is absolutely light, refreshing and satisfying all at about 155 calories! For cocktail you will need: 1-1/2 ounces ginger vodka, 1 ounce ginger syrup, 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice, soda water, and ginger slice, for garnish. For ginger syrup you will need: 2-1/2 cups water, 1 cup freshly grated ginger, and 1 cup fast-dissolving sugar. Start with making ginger syrup. Bring the sugar, grated ginger, and water to a boil. Simmer for about 10 minutes and let it cool. Now, it’s time to make cocktail! Combine ice, lime juice, ginger vodka, and ginger syrup in a mixing glass. Shake vigorously and pour into a tall glass filled with ice. Top off with soda and garnish with a ginger slice.
